are using key bind marcos legal in Neverwinter?

I got a question because I see so many people using them in pvp. I have a Naga Razer mouse I can set up macros with the numbers on the side also able to on my keyboard, but I am not that type of player, but I see people using it all the time. I can tell because of they have kick set after every spell. I have watched a few people fighting and recorded and slowed it down to be sure, and the kick is cast no matter what the spell was. Now I know some of you are gonna gripe and say I have no way of knowing, but playing games for a long time you can tell cheaters, and real players. To me if you have to use a macro you must not be very good. Anyways Just want to know if its even legal to use those in Neverwinter.

    In theory no but since there's no anti cheating script, in practice, they don't care about enforcing that rule. So yeah go for it, you won't get banned.
