Feedback on my build

I'm in no position whatsoever to recommend perfect builds, but I would like some feedback on mine.

I've not been 60 that long and am only 9.3k gs. I have T1 legs and arms and also Draconic Legs. Some Unicorn Seal items, but also still some blue lvl 60 items.

Divine Oracle.

Heroic:
3/3 Greater Fortune (more healing from wisdom)
3/3 Toughness (Hit Points)
3/3 Weapon Mastery (Extra Crit)
3/3 Holy Resolve
3/3 Repurpose Soul
1/5 Cleanse
4/5 Bountiful Fortune (more divine power)

Paragon
Virtuous
5/5 Lasting Wishes (more healing)
5/5 Have Faith (HoTs grant damage resistance)
4/5 Unbreakable Devotion (HoTs grant damage resistance)

Faithful
5/5 Resouding Beliefs (direct heals do more healing)
5/5 Benefit of Foresight (more damage resistance)
5/5 Shared Burdens (direct heals also heal allies)
2/5 Test of Faith (take damage == heal allies and self)

I am 24k HP
3500 power
2000 crit
2600 recovery
2200 defense
271 lifesteal
284 ArP
123 deflect
68 regen
Rest are 0.

Don't have my exact stats on me but I focussed on Wis, Cha and Str. I'll add them tonight when I get home. Also reasonably high Con due to Dwarf racial bonus.
EDIT:
STR - 20
CON - 14
DEX - 14
INT - 13
WIS - 21
CHA - 18

I initially focussed on getting my recovery and defense up and then more recently have been improving my crit. Wondering whether I need to get my lifesteal or ArP any higher. I don't struggle on any of the dailies with killing stuff. I mean it takes a while, but I always get it down.

My own personal feedback for myself is I'd like to rebalance my Paragon feats slightly and put more points in Test of Faith (cos I think its awesome), but I don't think I want to go all the way in any tree. Ultimately the final feats end up gimping your powers somewhat (HoTs go away, or direct heals go away) and it doesn't feel like the return you get is worth it. I've never tried them though, so I'm speaking from a position of weakness somewhat. I like the balance I get from both trees.

Anyhow - feedback welcome.

Honestly if you're going for a healing build you should definitely pick virtuous or faithful, both cap feats are amazing and good in their own ways and definitely worth to invest into. Also don't focus on lifesteal or ArP if you're not trying to do any dps, my lifesteal is 1k and ArP 2.2k but I'm DPS. Your defense is fine especially if you decide to go full faithful. You need a little more crit don't go over 3k though you'll be fine.
