losing footmen in leadership ????

I don't know if this is a bug or not but, I've been losing footmen in my leadership profession. Do they get consumed making a higher ranking assets? Do they just disappear after using them for so long? I tried to look up this topic on the forums here. I found a couple post saying stuff. One asked the person if they're account was hacked. The date on the post was pre xbox one version. Im on xbox one. If this is a bug do I submit a ticket? Im just worried that I'll lose my hero's. I like this game because of the profession system. But if it doesn't work and you lose assets that took you so Long to get. Its not worth me playing it.

I haven't seen anything in any of the professions that causes you to lose assets, UNLESS you are upgrading four lower quality into a higher quality. I'm sure you're talking about something else, but just in case you're not when you upgrade assets (when it says 4 of x needed) to make the higher quality (green to blue for example) you use 4 to get 1.

Beyond that, unless something weird happened like mistakenly selling them or such I'd submit a ticket. Because you likely aren't able to a) provide evidence and/or b) recreate the scenario that caused them to missing (ie you have any idea how it happened) likely nothing can de done. Then again I'm not involved with the game, so maybe they know something we don't.

Footman do not get consumed in any task, only mercs and man-at-arms to make the upgrades. I've never seen a documented case of anyone losing them on PC or Xbox. Usually, this complaint is from someone not counting the ones currently doing tasks and thinks they are missing.
