Can't connect to the game, but gateway is fine

I'm having problems connecting to the game, tried on another comp and same result.

I get the pop up after trying to connect 5 times. Unable to establish connection to Patch Server...

Tried using the CrypticNetTest, it timed out.

I can connect to gateway perfectly fine.

Not sure what to try when my launcher doesn't even show up.

    Nevermind, someone was playing around with the modem settings and had a firewall up.
