BUG: Pure Terror enchant +(I do lesser damage with it!)

Hey community Manager...
I am sure that my class DC do lesser damage with pure terror as without any enchant...
I tried to attack dummies without any enchant with my atwills and I did a lot more(like 10%) damage as with the pure Terror. This is a weird bug, why should I put this enchant if I loose my damage? Even with empty slot is the damage higher as with this enchant.... This bug was reported a lot of times and its still not fixed.. I hope you get this message and do some more tests with this enchant + other enchants like t.vorpal and fix it. This Items are not cheap. A lot of players bought wards for real cash because they thought this Enchants would work how the description say (Reduce 40% def and power).
