I suggest instead that all healing potions be adjusted to give a % total hitpoints rather than a fixed amount. Not a % of missing hit points, since that would show marked diminishing returns and never allow you to reach 100%. You shouldn't need to down more than two or three TOPS to heal up completely, but as it stands, my CW needs to drink 7 or 8 in a row to fully heal after a big fight. With stacks of 99, just doing IWD dailies I can go through a stack pretty easily, sometimes two if I'm having an off day.
