Can someone tell me what really they do and do they last just 1 hour cause I see in the description that says 1 hour left of combat time!

    They go into draconic gear ONLY(at least from what I know), and they go into the overload slot(Lasting 1-2 hours) Basically buffing up your weapon for a short period of time.
