Companion - Cat : Cat's Prowess

Hi.
The cat has the following power (applied continuatively every 10 seconds) : Cat's Prowess: Increases your Critical Strike and Recovery while summoned.
Fact is that I can not see the "increase" except for the stat of the cat that are transferred to me.
How does the "Cat's Prowess" run? Could someone explain it in depth please?

    Its exactly what u c. The mentioned stat increase is the cats base stats without any equip.
