PVP is boring its a CC buffet of control spamming makes it less exciting less active only one strategy and thats to keep you target pin down specially beneficial to range class.

    The only unreasonable "CC buffet of control" currently, IMO, is trapper HRs. Other than that not even the CW CCs are so much threatening or severe, since none of the FotM CW builds really build for CCs in the first place.

    Yes, there's a time when you do get caught by so many CCs that you're just locked to death -- but this if this happens to me, I'd say its a result of my bad decision which landed me smack in the middle of sp many players trying to kill me. So this doesn't qualify as a CC issue, but rather a typical ganged-up situation. The only class in the game that can do that alone is the HR, and that's why many people are raising objections to it.

    I disagree with your assessment. CCs are generally fine.

    Tenacity reduces CC by something around 42% if you have a good PVP gear. That's almost close to the half your asking for , other than that PVP will be so boring without CC

    I'm pretty sure the tooltip for a lot of CC's say it's halved on players. So you've got your wish already, just need to open your eyes.

    get oghma for 600 control resists. Add to it burning gear. cherry top with pvp rings and some control resist bonus. Enjoy almost none control on you.
    You got eventually controlled by multiple target? oghma with 1 minute cooldown is your savior.
    You still die after all this? well this is how it is supposed to be cause you took too much on your chest.

    Plus as stated correctly above - almost all, even trapper daze, is 1/2 on players. Trapper generally required good rotation with almost perfect timing to put almost perma CC. this is not TR or CW back in days. And this is weakness of Trapper as well.

    There are exploits in this - yap. But only 1% of HR know about it and Im not going to be vocal about it. It is easy to see if you know where to look. Devs need to do their job well and not state that something is ok in their testing when it is broken as fk.

    On help note - trapper rotation is easy to break. It had happened to me, I had done it myself. Good gear and some class knowledge of enemy is all you need. And yes it still won't help you if you are in pve gear vs geared right HR.

    is not duration issue is the crushing roots issue the daze applies all the time with roots.
