Share Bank problem

just wondering if people have the same problem as me i ca tranfer gold in my share bank to my other classes

    Its been a problem for like a month now, all of my posts or topics about this have been deleted. I have heard no response that the devs are even aware of it.
    It started right before an update.
    What gets me is it was working, meaning the software is already made for it to work. They keep throwing in events, which i assume is far more difficult than fixing this problem.
    Many updates and events have happened with nothing to address this.

    I accidentally withdrew too much gold on a character trapping the funds on that char. It should be the simplest fastest fix on this game ever and just isnt happening.

    Plug in USB keyboard while the xbone is off or the system will not recognize it. Enter the amount of gold you want to transfer with controller then hit enter on the Keyboard and finish the transaction on your controller by pressing "Y"

    Workaround.

    If you have a wireless USB keyboard around, hook it up to the Xbox (before you turn the Xbox on) and you can use the keyboard to withdraw. A regular USB keyboard may work, but I haven't tried. The wireless works for sure. Enter the gold amount and then hit the enter key, then use the controller to complete.
