Not Accepting Feats & Powers

Hi all... I know this was a problem that was reported a while back, but it's just happened to me for the first time... my feats and powers are not being accepted when I try to input them... my toon is lvl 65 and I have some rank 4 powers that I shouldn't have.... they were available for awhile before it was fixed... i'm not sure if this might be the reason for the problem... in any case, is there some way to fix this, other than requesting a respec token... hope someone can help... thank you...

There is no way around a full respec.
Leveling your character to 70 will (probably) not fix this bug.
You can either contact the support, wait for an answer, provide the information/screenshot, and then get a full respec... or you can buy a full respec by yourself, but keep in mind, that you won't get a refund for it.
