can't do dungeons

apparently neverwinter changed it's name to neverfixlagwinter, whenever i log to play this game and que for a kessel or any other dungeon is impossible to complete them due lag not to mention malabog castle is 90% unplayable due extreme lag.
i reduced my play time to this game to almost 1 h per day cuz i dont have what to do online it since i can't do anything with dungeonlag , in this ritm it will lose all players.
Before adding new features like stronghold or w/e it will be in future we need fix on zone lag and dungeon lag
