What are good weapon and armor enchants for a GF who primarily tanks PVE?

The title says it all.

70GF, primarily play as a PVE tank. Looking for recommendations on weapon and armor enchants.

    Soulforged for armor is still a good one for anyone not just tanks as for weapon enchant...it can depend though my Tactician GF is using plaguefire.

    GF is a great place for debuff enchant. Using PPF right now, looking at investing in a PTerror.

    Agree on soulforged - an extra life never hurt nobody. Negation is pretty much king right now, so expect it to be priced accordingly and nerfed eventually.

    I use a perfect plague fire on my swordmaster/protector tank. No complaints there. I don't see a real need to switch it up for a terror enchant aside from complimenting another teammate that has plague fire. And terror looks neat I guess.

    Pure or transcendent terror works great despite it performing less than the tooltip indicates due to a bug. Probably it will be fixed some point. I prefer terror as it can be applied easier than pf. One enforced threat and u apply max debuff to huge groups of enemies while u return to the safety of your shield and avoid risking in order to apply 3 stucks. Also there will probably be another player that has pfire. Usually a dot class that can apply max debuff easily so they both stack. Also i noticed the vast majority of dc's switched from terror to holy so less terror overlaping there , though the last one is personnal experience and might not be true for the whole server

    That's a good point about getting all that debuffing out in one go.

    Edit: ...although I do have my build set up to do lots of reflect damage, so imagine the stacks just sort of stack themselves. Honestly not sure if that's true.

    in regards to terror i believe reflect damage does not apply terror debuff as it is not considered(and it trully isn't) damage coming from you but rather the strikers damage in terms of debuffs and types. It used to apply terror in previous mods but it seems it changed(though i have not tested thoroughly).So the same is possiblly true for p.fire.
    Though p.fire stacks easily on boss via agrravating strike

    also adds mostly strike you once or twice as they are controlled-rooted and quickly dispatched by your party but that can vary depending on the players u run with
