Incredible lag on Shores, unplayable

It's one of the few epics I can actually complete, but our parties constantly wipe on the boss because of the extreme lag and rubberbanding. It's literally unplayable.
I know I am not the only one experiencing this as every time I have tried to play it, the party all says the same thing and ends up giving up at the boss after multiple wipes where everything freezes and then boom you are dead.
