Tymora's Gift Event this weekend

Why may I ask?

As if we hadn't received enough rehashed content in Mod 6 you guys bring this event back only a few months after the last one rolled around. Give us something new or less regurgitated ffs.
Our pain is self chosen.

    Well, sure, we'd all probably would have loved something more innovative, but...

    - it's free for all - even Lvl 5 chars can profit
    - it's giving the players the feeling devs care / have done something for them.
    - it's drawing attention off the obvious issues - just go bash some orcs aand get FREEEEEEE extra loot.
    - It's easy to set up - just one added drop, which means little to no programmnig/installing.
    - It's already there - so no need to draw coding workforce from either getting the Mod 6 train wreck sorted or the new soupah-sigrid project.
    - its rewards are meaningless to most of the players - we already got oversaturation of coins, and they trade for a pittance, and free AD or enchants or stuffz... ...no need to be afraid of dem eeeeeeeeeeeevil powwwah creepz!

    @OP it is xbone only but even if it had been on pc too it would be very welcome , you need to remember that the player base isn't static , new players join all the time so what is an old event to you is a really cool new event to them , plus it is quite a nice little event for old and new players alike IMHO.

    Suddenly I feel a lot better that it's on Xbox only. We've had this event more than others since I started playing and tbh I'm sick of it already. As someone else said it's meaningless to most of us...

    Pretty much this. Seems counter productive to complain about an event in game.
