Enraged Regrowth does not give 4000 defense

So I noticed, When Enraged Regrowth activates it gives 5000 HP 4 times and after that heal ends you gain 4000 defense.
Apparently, it still gives the 250 defense (pre-mod 6) instead. Please check this.

Just to reopen this one instead of creating new one.

OK, so the only place you see "+4000" is in "Defense" tooltip (!). Neither in "Defense" stat nor in "Damage Resistance" % gain you can see these 4000 effective. Quite difficult to try in real world.

Not sure if it was giving those old 250, but now (dunno from when exactly) it doesn't give even these 250.
