Cannot Log into Main Character 1 of 7

After patch i started my morning log in and prey and craft on my 7 guys. I start at 7 and work my way up, when i got to my Tank my main, in slot 3 it booted me out and i had to select my xbox profile again and login. It says he is in Protectors Enclave, 5 of my 6 other characters are also there and login fine. I logged int slot 1 and 2 then hard cycled my xbox and cleared cache, tried again same results. went to lunch came home and tried again still same, only that one character cannot be logged in.     Same here except I can not log into slot one or three maybe its the games answer to TRs lol
