#2 Bracket Details
#3 Entry FeesNone! The tournament is completely free for anyone.#4 PrizesOfficial tournament pot: 6 million AD! \o/
The prize will be handed out in form of Greater Marks Of Potency.
- First place: 50% / 30 Marks
- Second Place: 33,33% / 20 Marks
- Third Place: 16,66% / 10 Marks
#5 Pots and Buffs
Since it is very hard to handle pots or debuffs all the teams have to manage this rule by their own if they face each other.
There is only one pot which is strictly disallowed:
Elixir Of Life
The use of this elixir will result into a ban from the tournament.
#6 Match Scheduling
The tournament will start on July 10, 2015 at 9:00 PM CEST.
Due to different timezones teams have to schedule the match with their enemy team by themselves. We can only give you a startdate and a maximum enddate for each match (which will be mostly 1 week).
#7 Extras
You have a team but no way to voice communicate with each other? No problem! We can support you with your own channel on our teamspeak server.
#8 Ingame BugsPlease remember that his is a player driven event and our moderation possibilities are very low.- We can't force Cryptic to fix bugs
- We can't force players to not use a specific build
- We can't force players to not use a specific item
- Every support we can get from Cryptic is very welcome
Every teamleader has to run ACT during the match and send the log-file to us after you finished your match. If you think something was not right we will check the log for evidence.
#9 Hall Of DonationsEvery donation is very welcome!
If you want to support this tournament just send me a forum message with your donation so I can put you in the hall of donations.
The donation will be handed out by the donaters themselves. The GOMN can't be charged and won't keep track of it.Good luck everybody & greetings!PS: We are also trying to set up a GG Domination Tournament named "This Is My House" - but since the matchmaking is kinda weirdish we are still trying to figure out how to possible host a 10vs10.
Oh and btw. we are still looking for a banner :P.
Due to personal life interferences I wasn't able to host the first GOMN but everything deserves a second chance, doesn't it? (:

FAQ
What's up the "#1.2"?
Well - since I tried to start this tournament series along time ago but failed at it in the first place (personal life stuff) this is like... Number 1.2. You know? Like... one point two. I know it's cheesy - don't judge me :P. You can check out all the old details/discussions here:
[DRAFT] #1 "get off my node" – PvP NW:O Tournament
Why is a backup player not allowed to participate as mainplayer in another team? We could get more teams running!
Yes we could get more teams running but this rule is here to prevent 5 players participating in two teams.
Why don't you just set up the rule that a backup player can only play once as a backup player then?
Since there are 8 classes out but only a 5vs5 domination mode we really focus on getting a matched composition for every match to keep things as fair as possible. If a backup player is only able to play once as a backup we won't be able to provide this idea.
Hey! Are you even allowed to give out prizes like these?
Yep, gladly we are! Check this very old quote from Melodywhr:
You can find it here.
Will you participate as a main- or backup-player?
No.
My team and I really want to participate but our gear is too low. What can we do?
Don't worry! Matches can be played on the PTR (Access the Neverwinter Preview Testing Realm) and there we can provide your team with Rank 12s, transcendent weapon and armor enchantments and refinment points for your artifact gear.
This should even out most of the existing gear gaps.
Will there be any match-up dependency based on individual IL? (Ezra - edited)
Base on our experience from the last try in 2013 we can't put up multiple brackets yet (playerbase too low). It is also very hard to control since there are alot of new players playing this game. Back in mod3 we were mostly able to see who's "cheating" with GS and who's not based on their @-handles. Nowadays... we lost track.
Matched comp rainbows?
ie. Team 1 has TR/SW/DC/OP/CW so Team 2 must also field/match this comp. (Ezra - edited)
That's the reason why we allowed every team 3 backup players. There are 8 classes out there and it is hard to match comps right now. We want to keep it as fair as possible. But we will leave the discussion open for the facing teams. There are some groups out there that can't provide a SW for example.
Any rainbow vs. Any rainbow?
ie. Team 1 and Team 2 have unannouced rainbow comps (element of surprise?), they que up, and so long as it is in fact rainbow vs rainbow, the match proceeds/counts. (Ezra - edited)
No - only the match the teams scheduled to face each other will count. Friendly matches or anything else won't count.
That's the reason why we only run a single bracket. But further GOMN will maybe a multiple bracket tournament.
Why would they join if it's already a lost fight? (trpotatosyndrome - edited)
Nobody can say if the fight is already lost. And there's no risk for the participating groups. No entry fee or whatever. You might win, you might lose. That's the motivation.
Why do you do this?
I don't like the PvE community bashing on the PvP community all the time and I want to show them how awesome we can be.
Okay and why do you really do this?
Because I like the idea and I really want to try it out to see how it works. :P
Dude, wtf! Your grammar sucks! Did you sleep at school? O_o
Kinda.
And I'm not a native speaker. P:
