Shores of Tuern Set Gear Score Question

I've got one full set of the Shores non epic items (Burning Necklace/Draconic Ring/Barbaric Ring)

But, I've two characters at roughly 12,500 gear score. A Scourge Warlock and a Divine Cleric...

Obviously, I want to get them both to 13000+ but can't decide which to give the set to.

Both currently have T2 neck/rings

Is anyone, who has the set etc, able to give me a rough idea of how much GS increase you get from the set (without enchantments etc.)?

I realise it's a bit of a 'how long is a piece of string question', as it's dependent on what you're replacing/base stats/class.. I'd just like to get some idea of GS increase, even just GS increase from the 3 piece set bonus.

Focus on your stats and not gearscore.
