Server Timed Out - Game Errors

Hi PW just wanted to ask when yall will be fixing the servers? I have a bad problem of disconnecting when changing instances or changing regions. It happens almost everytime where I will go to teleport somewhere or join a dungeon and then I get the loading screen for that area im trying to get to then it stops loading and kicks me back to the main menu with a "Server Timed Out" error and or it reset's the game from the main intro screen. It's very annoying im sure you can understand why. There is also a issue with the shared account when depositing gold. and a few other things when it comes to guild ranks depositing or withdrawing. the allowing certain ranks to do certain things is broken and does not work for everyone in the guild for the rank the guild bank was set to be able to remove or deposit items. There is also a issue with the mailing system at times. Sometimes it will allow you to take your items out of the inbox and then sometimes it wont let you do anything neither take the items or delete the message obtained or sent. usually happens when game servers are at its highest with players. And for the last problem is people spamming Trade chat in "Protectors Enclave" has gotten out of hand. The constant spam of people posting 3 time's in a row every 5 seconds has gotten way out of control. You cannot talk in guild chat, trade chat, or read pm's. The chat system needs a filter to turn off trade chat, looking for group or zone chat this would help greatly for being able to turn it off when its getting spammed so players can read the messages others are sending and recieving to and from each other. I hope yall guys can fix some of these things. I love neverwinter extremely but between the spam, the disconnecting every few minutes and some of the game functions never working is very inconsitant and aggravating.
