:mad: I had reported an incident where the 50% off coupon in the lvl 70 adventurers reward chest was used but the system took only 20% off. This was reported prior to the double refinement RP weekend. I never heard back for 3 weeks and when I did hear from support they told me to delete the ruby's and they would refund me. Problem is, I used the ruby's during the double refinement event so I wrote back telling them as such and included all screen shots and chat logs of the process of buying the ruby's and the error I encounterd.
Now they tell me they cannot refund me the extra 600 ZEN they mistakenly taken from my account because I used the ruby's. WTF is this?
If they would have replied to my original ticket within a timely manor, I may have been able to proceed with deleting the ruby's to get a refund but the only reason I made the purchase was to save them specifically for the double RP refinement weekend and without any word from support, how was I to know their terrible business practices would prevent me from any refund! This is BS!!!! :mad:

Maybe if you had payed attention to how much zen you were spending on the item before purchasing? Granted yes the coupon and sale were bugged but you still had the ability to notice that what you were about to buy wasn't half off before you spent the money.
If you were trying to get your money back why on earth would you think it would be a good idea to use the item you want your money back for? You don't go to the store buy a thing of deodorant, use it all, and then come back and try to get your money back do you? You don't pay for a hamburger, eat the entire thing and then go back to the restaurant you got it from claiming you want some of your money back because the burger you got wasn't worth what they charged you.
I'll clue you in, they don't like legal threats here on the forums, if you've got beef send another support ticket, or pm the a dev or someone else on the paid staff that you feel might be able to help you. And just so you know, I really don't think a lawyer would be willing to help a customer who was too impatient to wait for a company's support to get back to them. Its not a bait and switch, it was a simple error in the code but since you were impatient and consumed the product you purchased there is no getting your money back....

Sorry to disappoint you but I NEVER wanted to return the item. I used a 50% off coupon, the original price for 3pack of Blood Ruby's is 2000 ZEN, the coupon made the purchase now button say 1000 ZEN which one would see as the coupon is being applied.... BUT when I pushed the button to make the purchase, it took 1600 ZEN from my account, not 1000 ZEN like the button said. I provided screen shots and chat logs to show what happened during the transaction to prove it. I only wanted them to give me back the extra 600 ZEN their badly written software mistakenly took from me and they are refusing to do so. I shouldn't have to worry about using something I paid for after I submitted all the info needed for them to correct the problem. After all, I bought the BR to take advantage of the double RP refinement event AND because I had the 50% off coupon which made it more worth my while but instead I end up with this crooked nightmare!
And for you info, I never made any legal threats, I just stated facts as they are. NO company has a right to just take anything from it's customers that they have spent real money on. It's not the $6 that is the issue, it's the principle of how they run their business and from my experience, it is pitiful to say the least.

no matter what happened or error the person made cryptic ripped them off they gave them a coupon then said oops doesnt work then wont refund cause they used the item they bought which is bs. were they gonna refund the double rp weekend also if he had deleted it? its bull.
Ranting in such a manner is not productive, helps no one, and will not get your issue resolved. As I read the issue here, I don't really see the bug you're trying to report.
I'd repost with a clearer description of the issue you are having, and without the ranting.
FYI: Saying "you are consulting a lawyer" is considered a threat of legal action, and thus not permitted. That's a discussion that should remain wholly between you and your lawyer.
