HR - aspect of the serpent bugged

Myself and some other HR's are reporting aspect of the serpent is not working after Friday's patch. No buff icon from it, no benefit, nothing.

    Yeah. And has been reporter since then. And has been ignored fairly consistantly in bug reports. If EotS suddenly stopped working you might hear back about it.....

    ASpect pack and serpent dnt work at all... just go crushing roots and LOne wolf... it works fine... HElps you on PVE and PVP... as for artifact powers just go for those 2. Anyweis cycling through encounter skills often cant even stack up serpent at all..

    It would be nice to have an answer of another game breaking bug for hr damage.
    Encounter with charges cooldown is not reduced by swiftness of the fox, i mean the recharge time of course.
    And thorned roots do not apply armor pen

    Please define soon. Amnother patch another huge dissapointment. You did, I guess, fix some useless thing on Pali I noticed......

    Such a character breaking stat supposedly fixed a week ago and couldn't be included in todays patch? Come on guys. It's time to get your HAMSTER in a scoop! People are leaving this game in droves because of the lack of real fixes.. How long do you expect us to continue to wait? Where are the priorities? If it was fixed a week ago, it should have been hot patched a week ago. At very least it should have been included in todays patch. Too many issues being overlooked while you guys keep trying to code for the need to spend more real dollars. Redonkulous!!!
