Harrow Storm - Prone effect gone

Not sure but obviously the devs decided to nerf this class again in taking prone from Harrowstorm?
so in fixing all consuming curse they took one of our needed cc?
what do I have to think about this decision, or is it as always one of these 1000 bugs ingame?

    Did you bug report it in game yet? I know i did.
    Also someone bugged it on forums.
    If you notice a bug, report it. Don't expect anyone who can fix it to be reading the SW sub-forum.

    No I think they tried to fix the multi proc from harrowstorm. Sometimes when you used it and cursed really fast it would prone more than once.

    That's probably what they tried to fix, report it in the bug section

    this multi prone was in my case related to lags as i remember
    and since i don´t know if its a bug i post here to ask for someone who got more information
    reporting bugs btw doesn´t make big difference imo

    Great now I'm stuck with only grasp which TR and GWF just ignore. Worst pvp class just got more worstester.

    A question, did they broke it completely or just rank 4? Everyone I asked had rank 4 already unfortunately :(
    Also, did anyone notice if something else went ninja broken with the recent patches? Besides harrow storm and infernal spheres (no longer crit. No extra dart at rank 4 too).

    I think it's more about reworking the said boon rather than fixing. It should only proc from dailies, encounters and at wills. Not passive damage procs or any sort of dot ticks.

    fix one bug, add two more...

    Looks at it this way progress is being made even though it's in the opposite direction.

    so the priority list is to make this class a bad joke in nerfing it thruogh whole mod 6? Becomes more and more redicules, I am not surprised at all since gamabreaking bugs stay for a whole mod and this bug, if it is a bug, is "fixed"

    Now I am using warlocks bargain instead of harrowstorm which is fine except that most of my damage is now self-inflicted and Avalanche nukes me and my teammates even faster.
