Recharge Speed Cap?

Anyone knows how much recharge speed can you get?? my CW back in mod 5, with pvp set, i was getting 75% Recharge Speed on tab, that is "Disintegrate every 3 seconds or Repel every 3.2 seconds" 50% other skills, but with profund set and a belt of wisdom i could get around 85%, i wonder if is in there a cap or you can get 100% recharge speed and spam encounters like if there was no hell.

There's no cap, but you only get 0.5% recharge increase per 100 points of recovery, and 100% recharge does not give you 0 second CDs, it gives you half of the CD time you would normally have because you recharge twice as fast. Also you're going to die in half a second at lvl 70 with a profound set and no shield on tab so it won't matter what your CDs are.
