Post Office Box appears glitched - can't retrieve AD

Subject: Can't retrieve AD from AH sales
Steps to reproduce: Reproduced twice by trying to take items from mail at the Post Office Box. The "X Take Items" was greyed out, as if the Post Office Box wasn't selected at all. Then, both attachments simply disappeared. I did not delete them. I lost 18,000AD and 4,000AD.
Bug: Unable to retrieve attachments on mail from the Post Office Box, then attachments disappeared and were lost.
Notes: I have two other attachments that came in since, that I have not tried to retrieve for fear of losing them. One is a ring I've been saving up for, the other is AD from another sale.
