Class action lawsuit

hey guys,

About a month ago I purchased the champions of the North pack. I purchased the pack for two reasons, primarily the brilliant weapon enchantment.. Spider mount to but meh, so anyways over the last month due to buggy code or whatever the enchantment cannot be equipped...
I have contacted perfect world numerous times reporting the issue in bug reports and basically doing my due diligence, as a customer who purchased something broken I asked for a refund or for a fix, I was told there's nothing they can do.

Now onto the dragon born pack, I have had several items come out of this pack take over inventory spaces and glitch out.
Once again I have had the same cut and paste response out of perfect world, I paid cash for these packs, thinking I was getting something in return to add to my gaming experience.

The thing that pisses me off the most is they keep selling these packs ripping customers off knowing full well due to the amount of reported incidents that they are broken. At the very least they should be taken down till fixed.

Anyone else experiencing similar problems please post on this , if enough interest is in it I will look into starting a class action lawsuit pwi

    Probably not, however I feel ripped off and duped and I question the business practices of a company that knowingly keeps up something broken to garner more sales.

    I really think it's deceptive sales practices

    If you believe you have a legal case, do take it up with your solicitor or lawyer. The forums are not the place to discuss potential legal action or calls for legal action.
