Temple of the Spider Not updating

I've completed Temple of the spider at lvl 55 and multiple times at lvl 60 it will not update in my journal. I've gotten the chest at the end every time. I've made a ticket with customer support and was told in a round about way to figure it out on my own. Here is their reply:

Actual in-game strategies, NPC locations, item uses, etc.. are things that we leave up to the players to figure out themselves, so that they can enjoy the experience of discovery and become more capable players in the process.

They didn't tell you to figure it out yourself. You sent the request to the wrong people. Customer support can't tell you why this isn't working it's not a customer issue. It's a technical issue. It's your responsibility to read up and learn where to report things so that they end up in the correct place. And they provided you with the link that would lead you to said correct place. They've done all they're supposed to do.

Sending a technical issue to customer support is like asking a cashier to fix a bad gas pump. Now that your issue is posted in the correct location the development team will be able to read it and add it to their list of things to look into.

Now that that's out of the way.

I haven't had this issue. Only thing I can think of is maybe the achievement is referring to the epic version and if you've done that one as well then I'm stumped. The QA team should see this and have a fix for it in the future if it's an actual issue.

I see your point lol didn't realize I sent it to the wrong people. But they did send me here so hopefully I can get some help on figuring out what the heck is wrong. I have tried both dungeon options, where we first get it when in Rothe Valley and again at Epic level and still it won't update, I've even gone and abandoned the quest and tried again to no avail.
