Flow control on vendor menus and others

I'm writing this from memory since the servers are down for the patch.
On the vendor buy menus (and other menus as well) if the highlight box reaches the very bottom where the money icons are (or whatever there is below the item display) by pressing down on the left stick the way to have it go back up is to press down again. This would cause the highlight box to go up 1. From there you can then move up. If you continuously press down, the highlight box will cycle endlessly between the bottom display and the bottom row of items.
Intuitively the proper behavior would have you press up to get off the bottom slot instead of down.
