Getting tired of this

Timed out while connecting to game server.

Every fu*#ing time I join a dungeon, this garbage happens. Then you have to restart, confirm who you are, pick your character then hope it sends you to the instance. If not, you have to bring that up, return to th instance and pray it doesn't do this garbage all over again.

Real frustrating.

If it keeps happening try a hard reboot of the console, it usually helps. Not ideal I know but at least you should be able to play more easily

This happens to me mostly when im sitting in Protectors Enclave . if If my plan is to sit in PE and do small stuff while im waiting for the ques to pop ill sit in the companion shop and twiddle my thumbs ... happens much less . otherwise hard reboot works too .

yes a very quick and easy "Fix" for this is to Queue up inside a small zone. Sage Shop, Companion Shop, PVP building etc. I have never had this happen after I started Queue'ing from within these smaller less populated areas. Give it a try.

Neverwinter has a coding problem that causes the memory it uses to compound over time. To fix this you need to clear your Neverwinter cache by quitting the game from your Home screen/dashboard or hard-resetting your XB1. I do this at least once a day and it has reduced the frequency of this issue to the point it rarely happens anymore. I also find this happens significantly more when queueing from Protector's Enclave. I highly recommend Pirate's Skyhold or any other zone without a world dragon for your queues. Hope this helps!
