Burning Executioner Armor--Where is it??

I bought some gauntlets from Foss at the Trade of Blades, but apparently they were only "Battlefield Executioner" wear, and could not be upgraded with Black Ice. I tried the different vendors there and at Ice Wind Dale, but came up empty handed.

    Different (rightmost) tab in the ToB Armor Vendor menue...

    Go to Trade of Blades in PE (Protector Enclave)Trade of Blades-a place with dummies for you to test your powers), there is a vendor inside that sells you the Burning Executioner set for seals and glory.
    If you already unlocked the ice forge with 15 Unified elements+75K black ice, you will be able to infuse the armours to become Elemental armours but you'll need another 3 more unified and some other assets for each armour + 1 day prosess.
    All infussions and upgrade will be done via profession.(Press N)
