Cambion magus - several questions

I can't understand why Cambion Magus companion is so precious - ten times more then even epic
companions. Is it crit severity bonus? Or AoE knockdown?
Also wonder is there a way to get him except AH -))

    10% crit Severity

    They had a promotion. If you spent $300 on zen you got the Cambion Magus.

    ...also rarity - it had been a promotion giveaway ("Get these companions when & if you buy so-and-so much ZEN!!!") - IIRC you had to buy 9k or 15k ZEN - with RL money only, ofc.

    It hits like a truck if you up their ArP. (up to 75k hp hit on dummies though). Also the bonus to crit severity is quite good especially if you stack it with dancing blade, boar and erinyes.

    This, probably the most powerful Dps I've ever seen a companion do lol. this is par of why I haven't sold mine yet . I would take an offer similar to the AH prices though (they are a bit too inflated for my liking though) but I don't want to post it up for it too not sell hence its sitting in my bag atm. anyone wanna buy it? lol :D

    Tbh, I wish I never spent 4m on mine :X It's good, it gives nice stats, it looks awesome and it oneshot TRs still running around with profound gear in IWD a couple of times... but completely no use for domination Besides I traded my bloodtheft for that companion + some gmops which then ridiculously sky rocketed.

    The one on the AH never sold, I saw it as it went down (was waaaaaay overpriced.)
