Needed Change for Final Boss fights

The kicking in the game is out of hand, which im sure you have heard a million times, there are several things needed to fix all that but the one that really needs addressed involves the final bosses in dungeons. There is a rash of scumbag players out there who are kicking players after the last boss is defeated so they cant roll on loot. I think that when the fight is taking place kicking should be temporarily disabled, and then if the final boss is defeated it should be perm. disabled. Im sure someone else has posted on this already, but im just trying to add my voice to the chorus.
