So what should I replace? IBS? I'm getting 6-digit crits with it. Daring Shout? That helps build my Determination and has some nice buffs to both myself and debuffs to whatever I'm attacking. Restoring Strike? Good damage, and can just about refill my hit points.

Mine is IBS/DS, RS, HD. I bench IBS most of the time. IBS takes too much time to execute.
HD and then IBS combo will give you even more.

Yeah.. gotta plan ahead a little with IBS, but it's worth it to me... it hits targets that are really close together (as an example, if there are two bad guys standing next to each other so that their little floor circles are overlapping, I strike in between them and hit them both. Even better if there are two more directly behind them. Even better if an HR or CW scoops them all together...), increases Action Points, and also marks nearby foes. And fits my play style nicely.

DS -> RS -> IBS (especially on mobs that are scooped together by CC). DS softens things up, RS heals me for whatever damage done while I was shouting (and nifty damage to boot!), then IBS to lay down the smackdown. My Determination is usually filled up by then, so I can go Unstoppable while things recharge.

But, like I said.. that's my playstyle, not everyone else's.

HD is more or less no cool down if you take full advantage of that 8 seconds buff. More or less continuously buff.

Similar to HR stance change, TR stealth,...

...IDK if it's multiplicative (then you'd really profit massively) or additve to all or certain other buffs. Which is it?

GWF is about dealing massive damage. Whatever that can improve DPS and I actually can do it mechanically, I go for it.

Understand. If my char is strong enough as having much enough HP, I would ditch RS, depends on life steal to get health back and use IBS more.
Personally, I prefer to use HD to improve damage for all at-will and encounters when I am spamming them.
Yes, this is also only my kind of play style. :)

Regarding Determination recharge, when I do DS and then HD, it is already recharged. I can go unstoppable and start swinging when HD buff is still in effect. I don't need RS after DS. A few WMS swings (in unstoppable mode) against a mob would give my health back from life steal.
