    Paladin's at-wills Valorous Strike and Oath Strike do not benefit from ranks.

    Paladin's Justice feats Flash of Light and Vengeful Judge reduce artifact cooldowns.

    These are issues reported numerous times when Paladin was still on preview server. How did you even release such a bugged class?
