I cant spend my feats and powers points

    Respec. This bug-quashing process has been working for two weeks. If you've already spent your free respec then contact support and ask (very nicely) for a replacement to fix that bug.

    *Do NOT use an AD respec on feats/boons* if you have this bug.

    You need a re-spec that resets your power points. The AD respec will not, and if you use it, you will end up with no feats, no boons, and no immediate way to spend any points.

    However, a free re-spec will unbug your character since it also resets your power points. So will a retraining token or a race change token. And as angrysprite said, if you no longer have your free re-spec, open a support ticket. They've been giving full re-specs once they verify the issue on your character.

    I have already sent a lot of messages TO SUPPORT daily for two weeks and there is no answer

    Hi there my paladin Angel ManOfGod has this problem and i have placed a ticket in game and still nothing, it has been about maybe a month or so. I was Wondering who else i might get in touch with to get this problem fixed. Tried to send a private message to some one high rank in forums, but it seems like it did not send. So in close i hope that maybe you all might have some insight on what i should do. Thank you

    Only retraining token can fix this

    This is correct: you *must* do a FULL respec (not just a feats-only respec). By respecializing all your powers (especially your encounters/dailies/class-ability) is the only way to fix the issue.

    Well thank you very much for the info. I hope that I do not have to pay for such a thing, sense it was a in game problem that was not under my control. I guess if they were to give me a retraining token, it would also have to give to others that are having this same problem. Praying they will help us out, thanks all. :)

    I am seeing others say that when they ask nicely they are getting free respec from support, but you need to be patient.

    I'm trying to reach agreement with the support but right now to no effect.
    Or maybe I'm doing something wrong?
