character can't login in

Hi

I got two character's one can login into the game but the other keeps saying can't connect to server

The character that won't login is Kizon@drunksheep

He's currently in Neverdeath I'm wondering could this be the reason? can he be moved to somewhere else like protector's enclave?

I have tried everything to get it to login in but nothing

    Same here, my 2nd and 3rd characters cannot be accessed :(
    Main - Rydia (HR70) - Xbox One Player only
    Alts :
    Storm (SW70), Edge (TR70), AD Farm (CW70), Grunt (GF70), Rosa (DC70), AD AD AD (GWF70), Your Mum (OP70)
