hunter ranger trapper has feat for each grasping root to reduce cooldown by 5%.i took also the feat chance to apply weak grasping root when you critical.i used constrinct arrow and hindering shot and i changed and stances( that is other feat which reduce also cooldowns) and the result was to see my encounters at 15 sec reuse and the next 2 sec the reuse gone.
ALL that combination make trapper to have perma encounters.
p.s. i would like to see that feat on wizard in trade of some of cw damage the 60% control duration from the biting snares.
