feytouched bugged?

Hi, I'm using a pure feytouched right now, and I saw an incredible boost of dmgs. Now I'm very happy about that, but it's obvious that something is not working properly, I try to find what by myself but still can't understand what, so can someone please explain what's going on? someone says that it buffs mobs, someone says that it has no cd, some others say that it multiprocs, what's the truth? all of that? noone? if you have feedback I'll be glad if you can tell us, I'm tired to listen to people saying stupid things or calling you cheater without even know why

Its somehow bugged to randomly boost your damage for sure. It also boosts mob damage as well. When Im on my tank and get random hit for 200k from mob that should hit me for 20-30k I know there is feytouched in party and Im gonna die often

the enchantment is all over the place,it has at least 4-5diferent bugs that can occur,

No one knows how excactly this bug works, but they know there is a bug. So you have to wait.
