First of all, the wait time on a support ticket is ridiculous. Second, their responses are worse. I am personally going to be filing a BBB report to see if I can get a response that way.

There is no excuse for this BS. It's overpriced digital currency that I have spent money on and this is how they stab me? Are you serious? Hire some real support, and start supporting your game. Especially seeing the MILLIONS of Zen flowing in and out of the market. You've probably made HUNDREDS of thousands of dollars already if not more just on Xbox alone. It's time to start taking care of us before you lose ALL of us when ESO pops.

Get some IN GAME Admin support. There is no excuse with the money you've ripped people off of, that you have absolutely ZERO in game support. You should be able to afford an Xbox to have someone take care of issues just as they do on PC. NO MORE EXCUSES!

Feel free to lock this thread, but I have every right to complain about the support I have (NOT!) received! Especially when you renig on the deal. Especially when I have put more money into this game than I would ANY other.

It's not April anymore, cut the jokes and take care of your players.

How are you going to tell me my purchase was not from Microsoft? Want me to go grab my bank statement that will show otherwise? I'd be more than happy to! Money grubbin fools. Your game is going downhill because you don't do anything to maintain it!

And where the heck is LAIR of LOSTMAUTH!?!?!??!!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!? NO UPDATES! NO RESPONSES! NOTHING out of you!

    Rants and threats of getting the BBB involved (which, by the way, has NO enforcement authority whatsoever, I won't go into details of how their practices have been questioned over the years) are not productive posting behavior. Also, reposting CS responses or other private communications is considered a breach of privacy and prohibited under the RoC as well.

    PC or XB1, the response time is the same--one to three days, dependent on workload.
