The game needs to allow players to invite friends into epic dungeons rather than having the friends que and kicking multiple other people because you are waiting for that one friend to join. It is beyond stupid and unfair to the players who are kicked. If I am doing an epic dungeon and a friend needs to leave I should have the option to que or INVITE SOMEONE ELSE.
At no point should a group be able to kick someone on the boss. This has been happening.
Finally, if someone first joins an instance they should be unable to kick someone for 10 minutes.
Chat is a complete joke. Players need to ability to filter channels and easily block spammers. Right now chat scrolls so fast cannot really read or reply to anything. It is yseless.

Tho I agree that kicking people is getting out of hand on the xbox, this would not be a solution. Allowing people to invite specific friends would only encourage groups to kick people out at a boss fight to invite their buddy to come in and get the chest.
I do agree some one should be in an instance for a set amount of time before being able to kick. To many times have I seen some one join then immediately try to kick the person of the same class. But on the other side, those kicks would not happen if everyone voted no. A large part of the issue comes from the community blindly clicking to kick people with no reason. If no valid reason is given to kick the person then vote no.
Also try preforming groups instead of queuing to join random ones. If you go in with the group you may have less of a chance of being kicked. The game has a chat system for this reason.
As for the chat, its a work in progress. This game was completely recoded to be moved from the PC to the Xbox. I am sure the company has heard the complaints by now and is working on the issue. All we can do is be patient and wait.

I'm a fan of completely removing the VTK option, but assuming it stays (very likely), the invite system wouldn't be so bad if you could only invite someone after someone else quit on their own. If they're kicked, the party gets no preference of who replaces them. Or maybe you could only do the invite thing if you start as a closed/private party. Meaning you tell the queue system you don't want randoms in your game at all and so the system won't ever slot someone from the queue with you. It would be entirely up to you to find replacements.
At no point should a mmo team based game restrict the ability of players to invite friends to epic dungeons. What you don't understand is people are still getting their friends into the dungeons but kicking 20 random people before this happens. For example, we had a friend have to leave castle never last night. We had another friend online and had him que for 35 minutes while we kicked every other player who joined and was not him. It is utterly stupid.
People are currently getting kicked for the reasons above but it is 10x worse. Players with a high gear score que dungeons over and over again until the get a lobby at the final boss then they kick evey one and steal it. Meanwhile all their buddies que and leave ques which makes everyone else wait.
Players must gave the option to invite friends or que for others. Mmo and guilds are about playing the content with others.
