Just coming back. Need help.

So I'm coming back after quitting for awhile like the title says. I'm really confused on how to gear up right now as all I really do is PvP. I quit before boons and everything came out so it has been a long time. I've been playing a little Dom and GG this week but I am completely lost on how to gear up in PvP right now.

I guess I can't get triumph seals anymore so I guess the gear from the PE vendors are useless? I also can't find where to buy gear with GG coins. I'm really lost right now. Anyone know what I should do to gear up for PvP once I hit 70 or on my way to 70? Any help would be much appreciated.

    youll get 1 seal of triumph a day after you hit 70.you know when you enter the trade of blades? around the corner left thats where the merchant is with coins above his head for lvl 60 gear.

    Oh ok cool ty. My friend who plays very randomly told me they don't have seals of triumph anymore but he is only level 68 right now, so that's probably why he told me wrong haha. So just rush 70 and farm up seals is the way to go?
