"Phantom" AS causing bad lag.

Fighting Dragon Heralds is laggy. There are probably lots of reasons for this lag, but no doubt for everyone one of most common is usage of Astral Seal. It is quite obvious, as it has Green icon usually one of the 1st icons visible under dragon health bar (they are probably ordered alphabetically).
Every time when AS appears, everyone lags badly, until icon disappears. What is strange is that accused DC (which is visible in log as casting AS) swears that he/she doesn't have AS slotted, and doesn't even have it leveled. I don't have reasons to doubt this so maybe normal AS is working normally, but this "Phantom AS" is causing problem. Please investigate and fix this, it is really annoying. And by current state of game running heralds is one of few playable parts of game, which gives some benefit to players.
