For a long time this game has been released on the xbox one, and even more so on the PC. But seeing the new content being released faster than the major reported issues that have been overly given enough in detail needs to stop. Now. Like many others I have known who played this game on the xbox one, suffer from the worse issues reported, that include:
Vote Kicks
Missing Loot drops or Dungeon chest loot
Missing gear
Overspamming of the chat box, which proves utterly useless to have unless given the control to handle
and so many others.
But most definitely include: SERVER DISCONNECTIONS and LOGIN ERRORS!
With the many recordings that have been made, this issue, as major and crucial to the game's continuing survival, needs to be prioritized, along with the other reported issues, over the release of new Zen market contents.
How can anyone enjoy this game when these issues, especially the server logins and disconnections prevent users from even playing the game past 60 seconds on start up.
I, personally, have made many recordings of just a sold 5-10 minutes of non-stop server not responding, followed by server disconnections, and then followed by relogging in to another repeated cycle of servers not responding and server disconnections. This agonizing cycle continued for more than a whole solid 5 minutes and continued on even more.
This issue, lies not with the xbox user but the servers of the game itself. And part of this problem is because of one thing, the user cannot manually choose which server that is ideally closer to connect to and play from, but instead blindly trusts that whatever server it connects to will be stable enough to play on for more than 60 seconds.
Unable to choose a server location is one of the major flaws to this game for console users.
Now what can be more important than fixing the issues reported to allow their game to grow in the community versus delivering new Zen Market content? Where is the sense in that?
Since release date on the console these problems have persisted, and quite frankly, this game is not worth its weight if these problems will never be taken priority over new content.
Regardless of whether the user has paid quite a substantial sum in the game through the Zen Market or not, though personally I have, as do others who suffer from these issues, this game is not worth continuing if its basic necessities are ignored. That being said, I unfortunately will not be continuing my involvement with this game until such a time is when this game is brought back around to how it should be. Sadly, its not worth the trouble.

I couldnt agree with you more. I dumped easily $120 into my character and so has thousands of others and feel like we should be seeing some effort on the part of developers to fix some of the basic problems reported if nothing else. From being kicked because of server issues to being kicked out of lobbys from players. To the numerous annoyances like the chat scrolling so fast its unusable. Worse still, being kicked after the boss's death so you cant get a chance for the drop. The developers may see these issues as not important but what they dont know is they are losing countless gamers everday. Gamers are finicky, they will drop a game and move on to the countless other game options out there for the smallest reasons. Word travels fast in the gaming community. If a game has issues everyone will know sooner than later.
Closing this down as it's a thread threatening to quit. Be aware, also, that new content is planned out several months in advance and it is not feasible just to "slam on the brakes" as it were and just fix existing issues. Both must be done concurrently.
