Has crit been nerfed for 2x rp?

Maybe I'm just noticing when it doesn't crit, but it seems abnormal to have whole stacks not crit and have seen it a lot less. Has anyone else noticed this or is it just in my head?

Edit: Maybe there's just a bug where it doesn't actually say crit.

    Yes, I think its a bug where it sometimes doesn't show you got a crit. Usually I put in just the exact amount, or a bit more, before upgrading. Then after the upgrade, I see much more RP in it, meaning it crit but I did not see the notification.

    After working with it a little more I think if you have 1 stack it doesn't show a notification, but if you have another enchantment/stack in refinement it will show the crit value.

    I don't think so. I was upgrading new weapons and belts/cloaks. 2/4 of them critted, so money saved. Matter of luck?
