Did M6 break Common Cause quest for the Dragon Campaign??

I am only now getting back to trying to advance my Tyranny of Dragons Boons since Mod 6 came out and have noticed something strange. Harper Boward keeps assigning me task for the Common Cause quest and then when I go to the appropriate area the harper there wont assign me the quest I need to finish Common Cause.

Specific examples
Mithril Mine in the Ice Reach area
Barrow Demolition in Ebon Downs

In each case the harper agent, or the dwarf in the ice reach case assign me quests but not the ones that I need to finish Common Cause.

Is there something that has changed since Mod 6 that Im missing or is this simply something else that's broken?

    not entirely. the quest is still there, just that the quest icon does not appear. Once you've taken the common cause quest, talk to the person nearby Harper before you proceed to the destination map.

    Mithril Mine = the guy heavy armor just infront of her if i remember correctly.
    Barrow Demolition in Ebon Downs = the guy wearing cleric armor just beside harper.

    I rushed my OP during the double XP weekend and skipped all the dragon related quests completely.

    To start unlocking the Dragon campaign I have to start with quests from Harper Boward, but when I try to talk to her she just tell me there are other Harper that have a greater need for my help.

    Have I missed any prerequisite quest I have to do first or am I locked out of that campaign because I didn't start it in time?

    Any help would be much appreciated.

    Yeah, the quests are still level 60 i think, so from level 66 on you won't see the exclamation mark on the npcs anymore...

    My problem is after Howard assigns the quest I go to the area and the Harper there doesn't assign the quest. If I go to the Barrow for Barrow Demolition its not lit up and you can't enter...

    turns out it was the missing exclamation point. Every day is a school day. Thanks everyone.
