Incorrect character Apperance after Race Reroll

Hey there,
A while ago I got the big 'dragonborn' pack, which came with a free race re-roll token. After turning my ranger from Halfling to drow, I've found that the appearance changes I made didn't carry through. Specifically hair-type.
Not a biggie, but slightly irksome.
