Draconic Talisman Stats?

I've been struggling to find one in game over the week, Any chance anyone has one which they could share the stats please?

    With the few minutes of digging I did it would seem that the talisman either doesn't drop at all, or ONLY drops as BoP. I'm inclined to go with the first one though. (Source is personal intuition after googling, checking wiki, checking Draconic collections wiki page, the NW item databases, and the Neverwinter Gateway auction house (PC only thing)). I'd suggest tossing this issue to the dev/support team if no one else is able to confirm that this thing actually drops.

    It's 100% around and live on Xb1, People have the sets of orb and talisman

    Just want to try find the stats of it.
