Race reroll token

I want to buy a race reroll token to change a few aspects of my character, and I was wondering; does the reroll token allow you to change your character bio, like where your character is from/their deity etc?

    Yes - the race reroll token takes you back to the character creation screen. You can choose your race, gender, starting attributes, appearance, deity, homeland, and your name.

    The only things it doesn't change are your class and your feats/powers/boons.

    I used the race reroll token and it didnt allow me to change my deity or my homeland. Was this supposed to happen?
