Bugged enchanted coffers?

I tried to open lots of Enchanted Coffers from Ledaership profession - and the drop is only green elements and sometimes aggregate. Where are other items which must drop pretty offen?

    Yes they are bugged but they are on the fix list , the developer who told us they were bugged gave us no idea when they will be fixed though as seen here -
