Several of the Cleric skills sound like they should synch well together, yet they don't.
1. Repurposed Soul is a major offender here.
"When one of your spells has a critical effect the target of that spell disperses a small area effect heal"
This seems to only work with At Wills and Sun Burst.
Only the first tick of the Sun Burst DoT triggers the heal.
At first I thought since it said "target of that spell" it had to be directly targeted, but Sun Burst works. So that's not the case.
Chains of Blazing Light can't even crit so it doesn't work with this feat.
Daunting Light doesn't activate it.
I don't believe Forgemaster's Flame triggers it.
And neither does Divine Glow.
Haven't checked Break the spirit.
Also doesn't work with healing abilities which is what could be interpreted when it says "target of the spell" doesn't designate damage or healing abilities, considering targets can be other players.
2. Armor Penetration
Does this even work? I haven't noticed any difference in damage after stacking Ar.Pen.
So if anyone invested in these it'd be a pretty significant waste of feat points. Plus if they planned their character around this, they could have chosen Righteous as a path for damage, to increase indirect heals through Repurposed Soul rather than Virtuous or Faithful.
The only way to really fix this after investing into it is to spend over 70k in AD or spend actual money just to buy a respec token.
